Founded by Melanie Lang, alongside respected educators and consultants, JALA was created to fill a gap in the spa and wellness space — offering a trusted, collaborative hub for education and growth. Today, as part of Burgess Consulting Group, JALA brings specialized expertise to spa and wellness businesses across North America.
